ABOUT DONATION MEMBERSHIP
While joining our club and participating in club activities and events is free to everyone in the public, at lot of money is required to hold some of our events, as well as maintenance to our equipment. As a result we rely in funding from our snack bar, as well as donations from our members since we're a non-profit organization. Members who donate towards the club will be a part of our Donation Membership where we will give benefits as thanks for the donation.
We currently accept two types of donations. A Quarterly Donation pledge, and an Annual Donation pledge.
Quarterly Donation costs $7 a quarter.
Annual Donation costs $20 a year.

In Addition, members who make an Annual Donation gets a free 4GB USB drive that is required to access the Club Library.

To access our club library, members have to hold an active Special Membership.
In addition, members must use the 4GB USB memory stick that we provide. The memory stick is free to those who make an Annual Donation, and is available for $7 for who make a Quarterly Donation. If the memory stick needs to be replaced because it’s lost or damaged, it will be $7 to replace it. At the moment, only memory sticks provided by us are allowed to be used for club library access, no personal memory sticks or external hard drives.
To access our library, submit a request for the anime you want access to by e-mailing us at cal.animage.epsilon@gmail.com by Wednesday at 8:00pm so we can bring them to club on Thursday. Then during the beginning of club, or during the break, drop off your memory stick, and we’ll put the requested anime on it. The 4GB memory stick can hold from 6 to 16 anime episodes depending on the quality of the video.
For security reasons, all the data will be erased when the memory stick is given to us. After you submit the memory stick to us, we’ll try to have it ready either by the break or at the end of the club meeting. Otherwise it will be ready at the beginning of the following meeting.
CLUB NEWSLETTER
Our Quarterly Officer’s Picks Newsletter is released to Special Membership once a quarter, usually between Week 5-8. It will be available to everyone by the end of the Quarter. The newsletter will review any recommended anime series the club has for new shows that are currently airing in Japan.
