LTspice hands on tutorial (not
required for initiation). Location: MDEA. Time: Tuesday, 4/17/12 at 6:30 -
8:00pm.
Please sign up here. Please
bring your own laptop to use during the event because this one is the hands on
tutorial. To download the software, please go to this link and choose
"download LTspice IV".
Social Event - Bowling. Time:
THURSDAY (updated date) April 19th, 2012 at 7:00pm - 9:00pm. Location: Irvine
Lane. Please fill out the form we sent
in the email so we can arrange the rides. We will be providing rides at the
Engineering Gateway Plaza at 6:30 pm, or you can meet us at Irvine Lane at

Santa's Helpers community service event will be at 12pm on
the Saturday after finals week (December 12, 2009). We will be organizing and preparing
Christmas presents for less fortunate families. If you are interested in
attending please send an email to our vice president Chris Lim at harnyeul@uci.edu.
Also, remember that our next meeting
will be on the first week of winter quarter on Tuesday, January 5, 2010.
Membership fees are due by the end of this quarter if you are initiating.

On Sunday, October 25, 2009 at 11am at the ARC outdoor
basketball courts, we will be playing dodge ball against the other Engineering
Student Organizations. Come and cheer our team on. Send us an email if you are interested
in playing. Each ESO is allowed one team of 10 people (6 active players + 4
bench players). Bring your A-game!

On Tuesday, October 20th, 2009 at 7pm in the McDonnell-Douglas
Engineering Auditorium (MDEA), we will be having Professor Green (EECS
Department Chair) as a guest speaker! He will be discussing his vision for the
EECS department, pointers for gradschool, UCI's gradschool, and much more! This
will be in a town-hall style format, so bring your questions! Pizza and
drinks will be served.

The initiation ceremony is THIS Friday, May 29th in the
Student Center at 3pm sharp in Woods Cove B. The attire is semi formal. Please
bring a folder with all on your written requirements: resume, company reports,
etc. to the ceremony. Be sure to check your status on the table on the
"Initiate Information" page for any errors. Also, do not forget:
EPROM is after the initiation ceremony at 6pm. Directions to the Hilton will be
provided when you receive your ticket after the ceremony. See you there!
