hobbies:I recently bought a skim board but I have only used it once. I plan on buying a sector 9 board soon so maybe you'll catch me cruisin around campus. Most of all I like chillin with the realest folks i know...my lovely sisters of DELTA PHI GAMMA and the bros and fellow lil sisses of TDB =), and of course kaba heads... then there's eating, going to the gym (to balance out my eating), writing, photography, painting, anything artsy basically. I have that side of me but I also have the side that just loves to go out & have a good time. It's the simple things in life that make me smile, really. =)

how did you get involved in Kaba?I was pretty active in the Fil-Am community back in SD and thought I wanted to take a "break" when I came to college. Then I realized, winter quarter of 1st year, that Kaba could help me out with more than just the social or even the community aspects of life. The first program I went to was the retreat for K.A.M.P. (Kaba Academic Mentoring Program). I felt really welcomed by everyone so I just kept coming back =)
favorite Kaba memory:i can't really say on here...haha... so instead i'll just say trads suite for PCN 2006... ;)
favorite filipino food:I'm going to have to say... my mom's adobo. LEMME HOLLA at that REAL QUICK

how did you get involved in Kaba?It's a long story that started during welcome week of my first year. I was looking for Filipino clubs on campus and I came across Kaba's booth. One of the board members then called me over and we talked about the 5 aspects. Then I became involved with KAMP and my mentor was the same guy who talked to me at the booth.

how did you get involved in Kaba?I started going to meetings Fall Quarter of my freshman year, but I only got involved after taking a trip to Historical Filipinotown in Los Angeles. For the first time, I was challenged to learn more about the Philippines--its culture, politics, history, and the issues of being a Filipino-American student. Participating in PCN also helped reel me in, of course.
favorite Kaba memory:Jumping into the ARC swimming pool at the 2007 End of the Year Banquet.
favorite filipino food: Pork sinigang. Comfort food right there.

favorite filipino food:I don't have just one. Palabok, Dinuguan, and Halo-halo. Those sure make my day.
