Welcome to March of Dimes!

In addition to participating in March of Dimes events, we also table at major UCI events including Welcome Week Club Fair and Anteater Barbeque, Shocktoberfest, Wayzgoose, other events, and regular tabling.

The members of the club work as a team to prepare for every event coming up. Every member can contribute significantly, and you can get very involved just by attending meetings!

*Major Events*

Every November is Prematurity Awareness Month. During the month of November, we spread March of Dimes messages by tabling, decorating the school, and bringing in guest speakers.

Every spring is the annual March of Babies, formerly known as WalkAmerica. The event is a five-mile walk that spreads awareness and raises money for March of Dimes. With fun things to do, different booths, and food, we do not miss out on this event to celebrate the efforts to raise prematurity awareness.

At the end of the year, we celebrate by electing new officers and having our banquet! Anticipating a new year of effort, the new officers are ready to take on their roles.
