The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a not-for-profit educational and service organization that empowers women to succeed and advance in the field of engineering, and to be recognized for their life-changing contributions as engineers and leaders. Founded in 1950, SWE is the driving force that establishes engineering as a highly desirable career for women through an exciting array of training and development programs, networking opportunities, scholarships, outreach and advocacy activities, and much more.

The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is proud to present the Mr.Engineer Showcase on Thursday Evening, February 20th of National Engineering Week.
Apply and be one of the first participants in this showcase! Show off your talents and flaunt your intelligence among other male student engineers.
- Be an Engineering Student (Undergraduate or Graduate or PhD Student)
- MUST be available on Thursday (February 20th) from 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM in addition to the 7 - 9 PM time slot.

Tickets: $5 pre sale starting Week 6
And $8 at the door
Those who apply will have their applications under review among the coordinators and then be requested to come in for an interview based on the information provided.
Contestants will compete in 4 categories before a panel of judges and a live audience. These categories include Professional Attire, Hidden Talent, Fishbowl Questions, and Fan Favorite. All selected contestants will receive an entry prize upon being chosen to compete in the showcase. Then a winner will be selected based on his performance during the event and receive a grand prize.
