FAQ

1. What are the clinic’s operating hours?

Our clinic is open on Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm. The Lestonnac Free Clinic provides volunteers at the An Lành Clinic with medical equipment, training, and other essential resources during the week.

2. What services are provided by the Free Clinic Project?

We provide primary care, preventive services, referrals, and health education to uninsured adults of Orange County. Very soon, we hope to have “specialty days”, in which patients can receive services from health professionals that specialize in a particular field of medicine.

Our priority is the safety of our patients; and the services provided will be based on what the physicians are comfortable with.

3. What if English isn’t my first Language?

We regularly staff our clinic with Spanish and Vietnamese interpreters. The vast majority of our interpreters are native speakers and have been trained to effectively bridge the patient and physician gap.

For English/Spanish: Please call (714) 633-4600 and say “Garden Grove Clinic.”

For Vietnamese: Please call (714) 702-5531 and leave a voicemail.

4. Do you give out prescriptions?

Our physicians write and help our patients find affordable prescription medication. We hope to soon open a Free Clinic prescription cabinet that will carry common prescriptions ordered for our patients.

5. Who can I contact with more questions?

We warmly welcome you to email our Free Clinic Project team anytime at FCPclinicrecruitment@gmail.com.
